We serve the entire Phoenix Valley, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, and all surrounding areas. Our home base is in Peoria (near 101 & Bell), but no matter where you are in the Valley, we can get you on our schedule. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area.
Your service day is assigned after signup based on your location and our route optimization. While specific day requests may not always be possible due to pre-planned routes, we ensure consistent service on the same day each week so you always know when to expect us.
Unsafe weather may require a visit to be rescheduled. We will contact you to confirm scheduling changes. Routine cleaning follows your selected plan.
Yes! You'll get a text when your technician is on the way, so you always know when to expect us. If we notice anything that needs attention — like a worn gasket, low water level, or early signs of algae — we'll flag it right away so you can make informed decisions about your pool.
Just let us know if you'll be out of town and we'll take care of everything for you. You don't need to be home for us to service your pool — as long as we have gate access, we'll keep your pool clean while you're away. There's really no reason to skip a week!

Mainline Pool Co offers residential weekly pool cleaning, chemical service and filter cleaning. Contact us to confirm your service needs and the next available scheduled visit. Repairs, commercial pool service and green-pool recovery are not offered.

We check visible equipment during routine visits and let you know if something needs attention. Equipment diagnosis, repair and replacement should be handled by a qualified equipment service provider; Mainline does not perform repairs.
Follow the chemical product labels and your technician’s instructions before using the pool. Check that the water is clear and the water chemistry is appropriate for swimming; ask your technician if you are unsure.

It covers chemicals used during routine weekly service for the following six-month period. Pools over 25,000 gallons are subject to a higher chemical program cost. No contracts. Filter cleaning is priced separately.
