Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website, call us, text us, or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, service address, the service you are interested in, details about your pool, and your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and the service providers described below receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you visit, and the website that referred you. Our web server keeps this information in its logs for about 14 days.

How you found us. Our website notes how you arrived, such as the Google ad, campaign, or website that brought you here, the first page you landed on, and when you first visited. This is added to any form you send us so we know where each inquiry came from. See Advertising and Conversion Measurement below.

How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery: to give you a quote, schedule and provide pool cleaning and maintenance, and bill for our services.
• Communication: to respond to your inquiries and send service confirmations and updates.
• Advertising measurement: to understand which of our ads and marketing bring in customers.
• Security: to protect our website and forms from spam, fraud, and abuse.
• Marketing: only with your consent, to send occasional offers or seasonal pool care tips. You can opt out at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Our team members who provide your service.
• Formspree, which receives and stores the forms you submit on our website and delivers them to us by email. See the Formspree Privacy Policy.
• Google, to measure our advertising and track calls from our ads (see Advertising and Conversion Measurement below), and to load the fonts used on our website.
• Cloudflare, which delivers and protects our website and checks our forms for automated spam (see Website Security and Spam Protection below).
• Legal or government authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Advertising and Conversion Measurement

We advertise with Google Ads. When you visit our website from one of our ads, Google's advertising tag stores an ad click identifier in a cookie on your device, and our website remembers which ad, campaign, or website brought you here (for up to 90 days) so that we know where each inquiry came from. This information is included with any form you submit to us.

When you submit a form, we use Google Ads enhanced conversions to measure whether our ads led to your inquiry. Your email address and phone number are converted in your browser into a one-way code (a SHA-256 hash) before anything is sent to Google, and Google uses that code only to match your inquiry to an ad interaction. Google does not receive your email address or phone number in readable form.

If you reach our website from a Google ad, the phone number shown on our site may be replaced with a Google forwarding number so we can tell which calls came from our ads. When you call that number, Google forwards the call to us and records call details such as the time, the length of the call, and your area code. Google does not record the conversation. Website Security and Spam Protection

Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which helps keep it fast and protects it from attacks. As part of this, Cloudflare processes technical information about your visit, such as your IP address and browser details.

Our quote and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile runs in the background and usually needs nothing from you; it only shows a quick check if it cannot confirm you are a person. To do this it collects information about your browser and device and how you interact with the page. This information is used only to tell people from bots and protect our forms. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. If you would rather not use our online forms, you can call or email us instead.

Cookies and Browser Storage

Cookies and browser storage are small pieces of data saved on your device. Our website uses:

• Google Ads cookies, set by Google's advertising tag to measure our ads, as described above.
• Cloudflare may set cookies or use browser data needed for security and spam protection.
• Browser storage on your device that remembers how you found us for up to 90 days, and that holds the email address and phone number you enter on a form only until our thank-you page has loaded, when it is deleted.

You can block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Our website will still work, but we may not be able to tell where your inquiry came from.

Data Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our website, secure server infrastructure, and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, but we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data and review our practices regularly.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, respond to you, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to stop sending you marketing messages, or to restrict or object to certain uses of your information.
